Wildlife Hotels
Mysterious sculptures for insect habitat
Attracting wildlife fantastical sculptures emerge from the rolling gardens along hydro corridors and vegetated orphaned spaces in our urban environments.
The “wildlife hotels” are envisioned as a series of art works that provide habitat for wild creatures such as birds and insects and to create a delightful connection between culture, ecology and urban dwellers.
Each piece would be made with materials found in nature such as mud, clay, tree branches, hay or stones. Through time these sculptures will be manipulated and taken back by “nature,” morphing and becoming one with the landscape. By keeping their location secret, people will come across these eerie and weird sculptures by surprise and have a special experience with the artwork.
