Competitive Review.
A UX Competitive analysis of four large airline companies was carried to define features, functions, flows, and feelings evoked by the design solutions of these airlines.
During the review, we defined strong and weak points of each design, trends, patterns, and differences. These finding allowed us to create a stronger product for Air China.
